Bachelor's Double Degree in Business Administration and Management + Tourism

This double degree enables students to simultaneously obtain the Degree in Tourism (GT) and the Degree in Business Administration and Management (GADE). It is aimed at students with a medium-high performance, with an interest in business management and in the tourism sector. It takes place in the Gandia and Alcoi campuses, with two different itineraries, which include compulsory business internships. At the end of the double degree they will have obtained comprehensive training in the management and administration of companies, which will enable them to take on responsibility roles in the global scope of the organisations, and will provide them with in depth knowledge of the tourism sector, one of the most stable in Spain.

You will be able to work in managerial positions in all types of companies: from management and general direction to administration, human resources, quality, etc. Work as an auditor, or consultant to third companies. Managerial or intermediate positions in companies in the tourist industry; transport, tourism planning and development, animation, event organization, rural tourism, research or R&D+i, or in a teaching position.

You can take the 2nd semester of the 5th year abroad to carry out the internship and the final year dissertation in any of the more than 600 companies and organizations with which the UPV has signed educational cooperation agreements, or in companies contacted by the students themselves, with prior authorization. The internships can be related to the management and planning of tourism or to the management of companies of another sector: finance, audit.

The double degree grants access the university master's degrees taught by the UPV in Financial and Fiscal Management, and in Business Management, Products and Services, which has two specialities: Advanced Service Management, taught in Spain, and Product Technology, taught in Germany; you can also access the Master's Degree in Cultural Management (interuniversity with the University of Valencia) and the Master's Degree in Business Management, taught in Alcoi.

It also grants access to any university master's degree from the UPV by taking the appropriate levelling courses.
