The aim of the Degree in Aerospace Engineering is to scientifically and technically train professionals to meet the needs of the industry and the aeronautical administration, air transportation, as well as research in the aeronautical and aerospace fields. Their solid and deep scientific-technical training concludes with the development of a specific technology (Aircraft, Air travel or Propulsion), which enables the pursue of the aeronautical technical engineering profession in each of its fields. Program certified by the EUR-ACE Engineering label awarded by the European Network for the Accreditation of Engineering Education (ENAEE).
Qualifying undergraduate degrees giving access to a regulated profession.
You will be trained to work in the aeronautical sector: industry and aerospace infrastructures, airlines, airport management, military sector... as well as in other sectors of the transport industry. You can also provide freelance services as an entrepreneur, consultant or advisor; take on Administration, R&D+ i or teaching tasks. Students can complete their training abroad thanks to the various agreements signed with prestigious international universities (SUPAERO, TU MÃ×nchen, University of Illinois, GeorgiaTech, UNSW...). Furthermore, students can carry out internships in companies (in some cases including the preparation of FYD) of different industrial sectors which will serve to learn about the professional reality under the tutelage of an expert of the company and of a professor of the degree. With this degree you have access the Masters Degree in Aerospace Engineering, which enables to exercise the profession of aerospace engineer. Besides, students may access the following university master's degrees taught by the UPV: Mechanical Engineering; Propulsive Systems for a Sustainable Mobility; Maintenance Engineering; Automatic and Industrial Informatics; Management and Project Management; Integrated Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing, and Management of Companies, Products and Services.
