Those professional profiles related to finance, taxation and accounting are highly demanded in the business world. These disciplines require qualified professionals in an increasingly changing and dynamic environment.
Innovation in financial products, regulatory changes in accounting and taxation, for example, require the use of increasingly sophisticated professional. All this requires quality postgraduate education.
The graduates of the Master's Degree in Financial and Fiscal Management can work, among other, as fund managers, capital advisors, financial analysts, tax advisors, financial directors, head of administrations, audit assistants and controllers.
The objective of these master's degrees is to provide training adapted to the needs of the business reality, enabling students to acquire skills in areas such as finance, taxation, accounting, auditing, banking, stock exchange, etc.
In addition to attaining this professional profile, the master's degree also aims to train future researchers in the different abovementioned areas, in order for graduates to be able to continue with doctoral studies.
It is primarily aimed at Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, and International Business graduates. Other degrees with a related profile will be assessed.
Overseas students (other than those from Spanish-speaking countries) whose access degree to the master's degree was not completed in Spanish must prove their knowledge of the Spanish language. They must have a B2 or higher level of Spanish; to prove it, the certificates issued by the Cervantes Institute, the Official School of Languages (EOI), CertAcles and SIELE are accepted. In exceptional cases not foreseen in this agreement, an interview may be considered to assess linguistic knowledge, at the suggestion of the academic management of the degree (DAT).
